Schedule a consultationLife can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, difficult experiences, relationships, or major transitions leave you feeling stuck or unsure of what comes next. We offer compassionate, individualized therapy that helps you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.
Therapy is a place to step out of the noise for a moment and have space to slow down, think, feel, and be understood. We take a collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to each person's needs and goals. We believe therapy should be both supportive and meaningful: a place where you feel genuinely understood while also being helped to make real changes.

Karen brings a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to therapy. She works primarily with emerging adults and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and difficult experiences and trauma. Her approach draws primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with CBT and other integrative approaches. She believes therapy should provide both a safe space to feel understood and a place to develop the insight and tools needed to create meaningful change.
